Who we are
Garage doors, start to finish
Most people don't think about their garage door until the morning it won't open. It's the biggest moving thing on the house, it gets used several times a day, and it's made up of parts that wear out on a schedule nobody tracks.
Garage Door Repair 24/7 works on residential and commercial garage doors across Greater Boston & surrounding Massachusetts towns — springs, cables, rollers, tracks, openers, panels, and full door replacements when a door has genuinely reached the end.
We'd rather be the company you call twice in ten years than the one you call once and regret. That mostly comes down to being straight with people: telling you what broke, what it costs, what can wait, and what can't.
If you're not sure what's wrong, that's completely fine. Describe what the door is doing and what you heard. Half the time that's enough for us to know what to bring.

We don't sell you the whole door
Plenty of doors that look finished need one section, one spring, or a set of rollers. If a repair is the right call we'll tell you, even when a replacement would be the bigger job for us.
You know the cost before we start
Nothing gets replaced until you've heard what it costs and said go ahead. No surprises at the end.
We respect the garage
It's usually somebody's storage, workshop and parking spot at once. We work around what's in there, and the old parts and packaging leave with us.
We show up when we said
If something runs long on the job before yours, you get a call — not silence and a guess.
We'll tell you what's next
If a cable is fraying or a spring is near the end of its cycles, you'll hear about it now rather than the morning it lets go.

About our hours: we're reachable monday – friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and saturday – sunday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. If you reach us outside those hours, leave a message and we'll come back to you first thing.
